description: I intend to spend the morning of the 5th conceiving a short instructional piece, as exemplified on davidrule.co.uk/QD. Unusually, this piece will then be realised in the evening (remotely or in person). The outcome and nature of the piece is not predictable, though to aid the viewer I will attempt to restrict it's location (if a physical manifestation is appropriate) to somewhere along the South Bank, between The Royal Festival Hall and The National Theatre and it's time between 19:00 and 21:00. To further aid visual identification (should the piece take physical form) the piece or performer will wear a red carnation.

In those few meters along the Thames between Tate.Modern and Shakespeare.Globe there's a Cardinal Cap Alley. At the very end of the narrow&dark alley there's a small wooden door and if you look through a tiny window on it you will see a small pond with a large golden fish. Heath took me there in early 1996 and I would like that to be remembered.
I want my little pdf (find attached) to be printed on some waterproof plastic and placed next to that door. Then I want a photo of that taken and sent to me. I still don't know who is going to do this. I spoke to Heath few minutes ago and he is not in town.
Here is the photo of the entrance to the alley: http://www.flickr.com/photos/bigpinkcookie/27483074/in/set-622352/
One more pic of same: http://www.london-se1.co.uk/news/view/2044
Here's Heath's 1996 pic of that place: http://www.irational.org/heath/london/cardinalcap.html
Oh, and a nice article exactly about the same pond: http://www.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_qn4153/is_20060220/ai_n16158862
